If yes, can you please inform me what brand it is and in which you got it? I got one particular that sadly does not perform at all.

Answer by rcotter123I adore ours it's a ThermoScan from Braun, it functions fantastic and it was only about $ 40. We got it at Walmart. Excellent Luck!
